Hi Richard, Really enjoyed the seminar. Helped me understand the date functions much more clearly. I've adapted the lesson to use subforms linked to 42 text boxes which get their data from a query which has 42 expressions Date() Date +1 etc. I found it a bit easier to use to be able to enter appointments directly into the calendar. There may be some fatal flaw to this method but seems ok so far. Thanks again for another great course. Cheers Bob
