Is this database, going to have a sort by address-zip to provide the best route for service/delivery? If not then how difficult would it be to add? Or do you have a seminar on this all ready?

Well, I don't specifically cover that in this seminar, but it's not hard to do. It's a simple multi-field sort that I cover in my basic Access 101 class. You just sort by ZIP code, then by street address. In AC101, I show you how to sort by LastName then by FirstName. It's the same concept.
