I will shorten this question up. With just FrontPage alone I understand this but, how can you add another program such as Javascript to FrontPage? Thank you.

Javascript is built into your web browser. It's not something you "add" to Frontpage. It's a programming language that almost all browsers understand. You have to learn it, and then add the script to your HTML. I recommend you pick up a book or find a tutorial on Javascript.
