i am currently updating our company site, with new hyperlinks and new logos, but every time i try to upload the logo, it disappears. is there some sort of special format that it has to be in to be able to upload it? Answer from Richard Rost:
Not really. Any standard image file (GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP, etc.) should work just fine.
It's disappearing, eh? That's weird. Try opening the site on your web server directly and uploading just that file by itself (as opposed to publishing the whole site).
If that doesn't work, try renaming the file.
