I have not been able to copy and paste a picture into the OLE Object field on the EmployeeF. I can drag from my desktop or "insert object" but it only gives me a thumbnail of the picture with the file name below it, not the picture itself. Do you think this a problem with my OS (Windows 2000) or an Access installation error?
