Re your Business manager programme - We have had many small business and Finance company crashes in NZ since 2008, (borrowing short and lending long)many of who claimed they never saw it coming. I think a built-in risk factor element that would say "you will be in trouble in 2013" that can't be turned off, might save some big heartbreaks later.  I trust all is well with you and your family and that your economy is strengthening.
