Need to be able to have a service call fee per work order. With the fee being specific to a customer and also different prices for further destinations specific to each customer.

IE: I have one customer I give a discounted rate of $15 (most customers pay a $20 SC fee for local) for local jobs plus an hourly rate of $35 per hour. If I go to a city 15 miles away the service call fee goes to $30 + hourly.

Also, I charge $35 per hour for rental properties and $45 per hour for private residential home owners or commercial
businesses.

To further complicate things, I give some of my rental owners the "rental rate" when I do repairs on their personal homes if they have a lot of units, and others I charge the regular residential hourly rate if they are small operators.
