I know you've got lots on atm but I would like to put forward my interest in creating an RSS feed and wondered if you were planning on creating a video any time soon, I've looked up what is needed to create one but was wondering how best to update it,

Can this be done through code every time a new post is made, could you just create the markup using ASP

Response.Write("")
...

and lookup to a database to fill in the relevant data?

That is exactly what I do with my RSS feeds. I just use ASP to write the HTML/XML for the page. The newsfeed aggregator takes care of sorting it all out.
