Harvey, the 599CD Video Player is really nothing more than a "shell" for Windows Media Player. There's a little box in my program that plays a WMV file (Windows Media Video) using a Windows Media Player plugin. The plus side is that you get the added interface buttons, the mini-web browser that links to the class info, and that my player can "stay on top" of the program you're working on - so you can follow along with, say, Excel, and not miss the video. Some people want to be able to enlarge the video. If that's the case, just click on the EXTERNAL checkbox, and the videos will open up in the FULL Windows Media Player program - the "External" video player.
