I saw the price of some software and nearly fainted, but when my daughter returns to school after the Christmas break. She will have a student ID card. With that card the picture is far rosier. So Visual Studio 2010 is now on the list Abobe CS5 Student Edition is now on the list That will keep me quiet for an hour or two. Best wishes Alan Hill

Remember, you can download the Visual Studio 2010 Express Edition for FREE from Microsoft. There are some limitations, but for LEARNING the language, it's just fine.
