I think your "Online" flag is a good idea. :) I've got to ask a question that has been bugging me. I have noticed that all your subforms are continuous forms, even when not using the header or footer sections. Is there a reason why you don't use datasheet instead of continuous forms? For years I've always used Datasheet forms and was wondering why you never do.
I just don't like datasheets. First, when I started working with Access, datasheets didn't exist, so when they came along I was pretty much like, "meh." But they don't offer the same functionality that continuous forms do. I guess it's just personal preference. Datasheets seem too much like tables to me, and I don't let my end users run around in my tables. :)
