Kids are never the problem. They are born scientists. The problem is always the adults. They beat the curiosity out of kids. They outnumber kids. They vote. They wield resources. That's why my public focus is primarily adults.
I don't know anything about SQL but wouldn't mind finding out. What I would also like to know is why do we need SQL when there is Visual Basic? Isn't V.B. sufficient?

VB is usually sufficient, but you can do things with a single line of SQL code that would take a dozen lines of VB. For example, you can quickly delete records in a table with one Docmd.RunSQL statement rather than setting up a recordset... or building a delete query. It has pros and cons. The major reason why SQL is a good thing to know is when you start setting up custom RecordSources for your forms and list/combo boxes.
