Haha. Oh, I've got a generator, but if I run it full time then I've only got enough propane for one more day. Power could be out for a week or more, and everyone around here is out of propane. It can also run on gas, but gas lines are 5 hours long. So... Fortunately the weather is nice and cool, mid 70s during the day and 60s at night, so I only need to run it for a little while every couple hours to keep the freezers cold.

I went through Michael. so I know How you are feeling right now. I hope they restore power for you soon. We were out for 2 weeks. It definitely makes you appreciate the things we take for granted. Good Luck and God Bless.

When I was a kid I went through hurricane George in Puerto Rico; no power water for like 3 months. We were able to get water from fresh streams on the side of mountains; no people were upstream since it was a side of a mountain. Stay safe.
