Unless you've specifically purchased MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC, it's not a program that comes with Windows or Microsoft Office. It's a totally separate program. If it's not on your computer and you HAVE purchased it, you might just need to reinstall it. Time to dig out those CDs.
