The purpose of education is to show people how to learn for themselves. The other part of it is that you need to reach that state of independence and self-reliance.
You're right - it's an Access thing. Now, if you still have the ORIGINAL OBJECT selected, when you PASTE that new object should go right below the original. However, if you de-select the object you copied, then any pasted objects are going to go to the upper-left corner of the section you're in. I don't know of any other way around this behavior.
