Eugene, I have to confess, I don't really know the answer to this problem. I don't use Windows Mail myself (I'm an Outlook user). Have you tried removing and reinstalling Windows Mail? Have you installed all of the updates and service packs from Microsoft? Checked for a virus? Try searching Microsoft's web site for your problem, or do a Google search for it. Chances are someone might have come up with a fix for this problem already.
