Love this idea! I actually started this program because I'm a real estate broker, and I mainly work on compliance, training, and transaction coordination. My industry changes almost monthly, whether its market activity to contract forms. I was using an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of over 200 state forms, however, when it came to reporting and trying to create reports for just the forms required for each side of a transaction, and trust me, its way more than just a buyer or seller. Attempting to create a simple checklist for documents required for each transaction type was almost impossible. I ran across the videos on youtube, and figured, its better to start from scratch and learn it from the ground up. My working database has a lot of really complex things going on, and I now can see how it can easily become corrupted. So I'm glad this resource is available! So in short, thanks for continuing to keep the ship afloat and adding in some fun stuff! I'm a huge Trekkie, and love this!
