Time Index between 14:35 and 14:55; can you just bring in the CompanyName and the FullName without the CustomerID field or is that required? I'm saying to eliminate the hidden process of CustomerID. So this in case, we would have two fields (CompanyName and FullName).

You could, but then you wouldn't be able to store the ID value or use it anywhere... which almost makes it useless. You want the CustomerID so you know which customer the Contact belongs to.
