Microsoft Access 202 Fabian Sanchez on 5/4/2011: Richard I'm trying to create a report log that will grey out the entries once the date, starttime and endtime is past. i.e. startdate = 4 May 11 and starttime is 10:30 endtime 11:00 once the system clock goes over 11:00 I want that entry on my report to be greyed out. what's the best way to implement this? Yes, you could use VBA to do this... or even more easily just use CONDITIONAL FORMATTING.
