Q: My disc was cracked, or is not working. How
can I get a replacement? A: If you
received your CD in the mail and it is physically damaged, just
mail it back to us, and we'll gladly and promptly ship you out a
replacement disc. You don't even need to put any postage on it. Just seal
it up and write RETURN TO SENDER on the envelope, and it should
find it's way back to us. Or you can mail it to:
599CD RETURNS
Computer Learning Zone LLC
6900 Daniels Pkwy Suite 29-122
Fort Myers FL 33912
In addition, if you would like for us to email you a
download code while you're waiting for your replacement disc, we'll be
happy to do so. This will at least let you download your lessons from our
web server so you can get started learning while you're waiting for your
replacement disc.
If the disc doesn't look physically damaged, but is
not working in your computer, please be sure to check that you meet our
minimum system
requirements.
If we get your CD back from you and it works fine in our computers, we
will send you out a replacement disc, but we will charge you for
shipping and handling again.
We strongly recommend you run down our
Problem Troubleshooter
checklist before requesting a replacement CD.
Some things to check include:
- Make sure there are no fingerprints on the CD. If
so, gently rub them out with a cloth napkin. Do not use water
on our CDs as the printed side has a paper label or ink that will run
off.
- Make sure your system meets the minimum system
requirements (see above).
- Check to make sure that other CDs work
fine in your CD-ROM drive. If not, it could indicate a problem with your
PC.
- If you have another computer available,
try our CD in that computer first. If it works there, it could indicate
a problem with your PC.
We recommend you contact
us first, before trying to return your CD (unless it's
visibly damaged). We can also try to troubleshoot your problems with
you.
Be sure to include a note with YOUR name,
email address, and account number (Order ID is fine). Be sure
to tell us what is wrong, what you tried, and what kind of system you
have.
