Here is a perfect example of why you shouldn't believe just anything you read online:

This Anna Rodriquez actually recommends using DropBox or Google Drive to share an Access database. No. No. NO! The only way this works is if it's a very small database file, and only one person at a time uses it. If two or more people are sharing it, the database will have wrong data at best, and completely corrupted at the worst. I tried to contact this publication a few times to have them correct their article. They haven't replied.
