It has been a LONG time coming, but Word 202 thru 205 are finally finished! I pre-released these courses a very long time ago, and they kept getting pushed back and back... but they're finally finished.
Word 202 covers lots of maintenance issues for Word including password protecting your documents, saving files in other formats, automated document backups, document properties, and advanced document searching. I also show you how to use Word's document properties to create a database of all of your documents so you can quickly search for, say, all documents pertaining to XYZ customer.
Word 203 covers one of the most important topics for creating consistent and professional-looking documents: STYLES. I'll show you how to use the built-in Word styles, how to create your own custom styles, and we'll also look at AutoFormat, AutoCorrect, and more.
Word 204 covers AutoText, AutoComplete (more than just the basics - AutoText really has some neat hidden uses), plus we'll look at creating OUTLINES in Word. You can use Outlines for mapping out large documents. Want to write a novel or prepare a large presentation? Outlines are perfect. We'll also look at tracking changes in documents and monitoring revisions (great for working in teams).
Now, I had only planned on releasing three new Word classes, but after I had finished recording all of the material, I had two extra HOURS of footage, so I put it together in one more class:
Word 205 covers one of the coolest features in Word: TABLES. This class is almost 2 hours long, and it covers everything you ever wanted to know about tables. You can use tables to display data (like price sheets, schedules, etc.) inside your documents. You can also use tables as a means for PAGE LAYOUT. I'll show you how to create a resume using tables to organize the page layout. I'll also show you all of the different features of tables: inserting/deleting rows and columns, formatting, borders, etc. You'll see how to use Word Formulas and Functions (like SUM and Average), table styles, and lots more. This is a GREAT class.
If you're interested on learning more about these classes, just click on the titles (above). That will link you to the individual course outlines for each class.
All four of these classes are now online for immediate download, or you can watch them in the Amicron Theater.
