I am SO glad this ordeal is over. The videos have finally finished recompiling. Now, everything should work with Windows Vista (and previous versions of Windows, of course).
All of the courses have been uploaded to our secondary web server so you can download them. They're still in the process of being uploaded to our primary server. The primary server is much faster, but it's not located here in our office - so we have to send all the files up to it. Hopefully this should be done by tomorrow morning, but if not, you can still get all of your files from the secondary server (you'll see two little buttons to pick which server you're downloading from).
How do you get your files? Well, just go to our download page and type in your download code. Can't remember your download code? Well, you can always get it from our order status page.
Now, here's the problem: while re-compiling all of the videos, I assigned new download codes and passwords to everything - for security purposes. So any download codes you might have received in email over the past, oh, 5 years are no longer valid. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this cuts down on piracy (yes, I've found some people have shared their passwords around the 'Net and I've shut off those peoples' access, but I'm sure there are some I've missed).
Anyhow... to get your new download codes, just go to our order status page and you can get them there.
The only problem you'll have is that if you have a CD that we mailed you prior to now (October 1st, 2007) you won't be able to retrieve passwords from our web site. If that's the case, you'll have to Contact Me and I'll email them to you. This happens very rarely, but it does happen.
Or... you can always just download your courses again with your new download code. :)
Now I can FINALLY get these new courses finished. Access 309 is almost done - hope to have that finished tomorrow. A couple new Excel courses are following right behind that.
