I finally fixed the Flash video player in the Online Theater. I couldn't get the video controls to size properly, but I finally figured it out.
If you're having problems with the embedded Windows Media Player (as some Windows 7 users are reporting) then you can switch to the Flash player by clicking on the FLASH option in the Setting panel (bottom left corner). If you can watch videos on YouTube, then you should be able to watch my videos using the Flash player.
When I created the CD that is distributed with my Excel Book, I included videos in both Windows Media and Flash formats. If there's enough demand, I might start doing that with all of my CDs. It doesn't use my Video Player software (because I didn't want to deal with all of the tech support issues) and instead just embeds the videos into HTML files that load in your browser. Simple. Elegant. The only downside is that there's no automatic course downloading (didn't need it for the book) and no Interactive Student Forums.
What do you think?
