Over the past few months, I've had a couple of customers email me saying that my web site looks like it's stuck in the 90s. They say that the design needs an overhaul.

Personally, I've always liked a very clean, simple interface without a lot of flashy graphics. I like the minimalist style of sites like Facebook and Google (the epitome of a simple design).

What do you think? Should I redesign the site to make it look prettier? Do you think the navigation is difficult? What would you change?
