I added a CUSTOMER SERVICE chat pager to the web site. This will allow you to try and page one of us even if nobody is showing as "online." There are a lot of times where I'm working in the office and wouldn't mind helping someone in the chat room, but I always forget to log myself in to the customer service web site. This will send us a notification that you need help. Don't abuse it, please... but if you NEED HELP, that's what it's there for.
Now, I can't guarantee that I'll take the time to help you with TECH questions (Access, Excel help, etc.) but if you're having a CUSTOMER SERVICE problem with your courses, the video player, the web site, or you just want to know WHICH class a particular topic is covered in, that's fine... I'm happy to help. And yes, if I have a few minutes free, I'll try to answer your tech questions too... but again, no promises. :)
