OK... I've reached a milestone... for the first time in MONTHS, the Customer Service Inbox is EMPTY. This means that if you've sent me a message via the Customer Service Web Form, I've answered it.
If you don't send me a message via the Web Form (for example, you used regular email) then I can't guarantee that I'll receive it. I get TONS of spam and my spam filter might have eaten it. Use the Web Form. Always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use the Web Form to contact me. Don't use regular email. It's unreliable.
If you DID use the Web Form but didn't get my reply, then YOUR spam filter might have eaten my reply. I know a lot of ISPs have very aggressive spam filters (and some of them like Earthlink hate me), so check your junk mail bin. You can also read my replies if you log on to your account, go to My Account, and use the Customer Service History option.
Now... the Customer Service inbox is empty, but I still do have a lot of the Free Technical Help requests (stuff unrelated to my courses, like Access or Excel help) to go through. Some of them are quite old. I'll be sending you an email soon to ask if you still need help with your problem. These get a LOWER priority than Customer Service, and time is at a premium right now. If you definitely still need help, resubmit your problem using the TechHelp Form and either Alex - my #1 Ace Access Helper(TM) - or I will try to help you ASAP.
OK... back to the video recording now. I'm still working on Access 4. Should be done soon.
