I'm sorry, but as my Expert Profile says on AllExperts, I really can't help you to troubleshoot problems with your PC. This kind of support involves much more than just a simple question and answer. There's usually A LOT of back-and-forth support that needs to happen to fix this kind of a problem.

I love volunteering my time to help people, but I get a lot of requests, and there are only so many hours in the day. I can't spend an hour with each person's question.
