Hey folks. Sorry it's been a while since I've posted an update. I've been incredibly busy. It's difficult work moving a WHOLE BUSINESS over to a new web server. The main 599CD site was online in less than 24 hours but there are a ton of little details that you need to fix in a site that has been slowly evolving over the past 10 years. It's not just a matter of copying over files. There are database connections to set up, forms to edit, email server issues, and then of course lots of little things that you didn't think you need to fix that pop up here and there. And that doesn't even include all the other domains I had to move (like MYOLP.com which I just folded into 599CD).
Anyway, the site is about 99% back up to full speed. I know that I still need to fix the Waiting List form (thanks James for reminding me) in addition to a couple of other minor issues. Working on that tonight, hopefully.
In any case, I'm behind schedule on class releases. I know. I know. Once again the URGENT problem pops up that takes my time so I can't work on the IMPORTANT things, like releasing new classes.
I'm still working on the Searching & Sorting Seminar. It's still in the research/outlining phase. I'll be working on it for the next couple of days, getting everything together. I hope to start recording it over the weekend or early next week.
IN THE MEAN TIME, I'm about half way finished recording Access 7. I started it yesterday. It's already outlined and was ready to go months ago. I'm trying to keep my promise to get as many of the Access updated courses out as possible while still working on other seminars and projects. I hope to have this ready for release tomorrow.
OK. Take care. If you need me, you know where to find me... or post a note here.
UPDATE 9/7 2am: got about 46 minutes of video for Access 7 recorded. I'll finish it up tomorrow.
