I just completely revised the customer account management system. Now you can look up your complete order history in addition to any pending orders and payments (before you had to wait a day or two for me to manually update the online order lookup site).
Plus you can now get a look at all of the courses you've purchased in one easy listing - and see a list of any courses you might be missing. You can click on the order number next to the course to be taken right to a download page - or to get your passwords.
Also, to try to help me with customer service, you can now log on to this system to take a look at all of your past customer service inquiries, my responses to them, and see which items are still outstanding (open). I'm going to build a feature into there where you can click on a button to tell me that the issue is still outstanding... sometimes now old items fall through the cracks. Hopefully this will prevent that.
