Greetings everyone. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Festive Solstice, a Happy New Year, and whatever other holidays you might take part in.

This is a time of year for family and friends... and I've had just about enough of mine... so back to work. :)

I've been out of the office a lot these past few weeks, so I apologize if you have a customer service email waiting to be answered - I know there are a LOT of you. I'll be doing my best to get back to everyone over the next couple of days.

I also know that a bunch of you have sent back DAMAGED CDs you've received. I shipped out a LOT of the white CDs that apparently don't like the cold (as they cracked - see my previous blog post). I'll be sending out replacements for these this week.

Also, I've gotten a few emails from people who did not receive their Holiday Gift CDs. If you ordered one and did not receive it, please let me know!
