I Built an AI Customer Service Bot

I'm excited to introduce our new customer service AI chatbot! I haven't given him a name yet, so post your ideas for a name in the comments below.

Over the past few weeks, I've been training it with existing customer service questions to help provide quick and accurate responses. The chatbot is specifically programmed for customer service inquiries, so it won't be able to assist with technical support or how-to questions related to Microsoft Access or other products... yet. If this goes well, I might start training it on the questions asked in the Forums and my lesson material. 

The chatbot will learn and improve based on the questions you ask, so feel free to engage with it. Remember, I will receive a copy of any questions you ask (so keep it clean, Adam!). Many of the questions I receive are repetitive, such as how to pause course delivery or where to find recently ordered lessons. This chatbot aims to save you time by providing immediate answers to these common questions and save me from having to respond to the same queries repeatedly.

Of course, if you don't get the help you need from the chatbot, you're always welcome to contact me directly through the customer service page. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm here to ensure you get the assistance you need. And, as always, if you do have technical questions, please feel free to post them in the Forums. That's what they're there for.
