Upgrade or Downgrade By Richard Rost ![]() ![]() Can I Change my TechHelp Level? Absolutely! Whether you're monthly or annual, you can switch between Silver, Gold, or Platinum whenever you like. UpgradesIf you decide to upgrade (for example, from Silver to Gold), I'll credit you for any time you've already paid for at your current level. Let's say you've got a month of Silver left. I'll calculate what that's worth and apply it as extra time to your new Gold membership. That way you get full value for what you've paid, and your new plan just runs a little longer. DowngradesIf you want to downgrade (for example, from Platinum to Silver), your current membership will stay active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll automatically switch to the new lower tier and be charged the lower rate going forward. No refunds, no lost access, just a smooth transition at the end of your current term, plus you can keep any free courses you received at your old, higher level. As long as you remain at least a Silver member, you keep them. Examples
