Can I Upgrade or Downgrade my Membership?

A lot of people have asked me if it's possible to upgrade or downgrade their membership. Of course it is. Whether you're a monthly or an annual user, you can switch from Gold to Platinum, down to Silver, or wherever you’d like to be. I’ll adjust your credits based on any amount you've already paid. If you're a Silver member and want those extended cut downloads of the database files, upgrade to Gold. If you're a Gold member and have received all of the free monthly Expert classes and want to continue onto the Advanced and Developer lessons, you can upgrade to Platinum.

If you're a Platinum member and decide you’re not using it as much as you'd like or don’t have time for the videos, you can downgrade to Silver for the lower monthly rate and still keep all your free classes from before. So, there are plenty of reasons you may want to upgrade or downgrade.

Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to automatically upgrade or downgrade on the website. I’m working on adding this feature in the near future, but for now, all you have to do is contact me via the customer service form. Let me know what you need, and I’ll take care of it quickly. If you have any questions, feel free to post them below.
