Upgrade or Downgrade By Richard Rost Can I Change my TechHelp Level? Absolutely! Whether you're monthly or annual, you can switch between Silver, Gold, or Platinum whenever you like. UpgradesIf you decide to upgrade (for example, from Silver to Gold), You'll get full credit for however much time is left on your current membership and that will be added to your new one. That way you get full value for what you've already paid, and your new plan just runs a little longer. Upgrading is easy, and you can do it online yourself. Just sign up for a new membership at the level you want (Gold or Platinum, for example) and then I will credit the remainder of your old membership to that new one at my earliest convenience. For example, if you want to upgrade from Silver to Gold and you have 10 days left on your current silver membership, then just sign up for a new Gold membership. I'll convert those 10 Silver days into 6 Gold days and add them to your new Gold membership. Easy enough. DowngradesIf you want to downgrade (for example, from Platinum to Silver), your current membership will stay active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be switched to the new lower tier and be charged the lower rate going forward. No refunds, no lost access, just a smooth transition at the end of your current term, plus you can keep any free courses you received at your old, higher level. As long as you remain at least a Silver member, you keep them. For example, if you want to step down from Platinum to Silver? You'll keep your Platinum access until the end of your current billing period, and then your membership will switch over to Silver at the new rate. Unfortunately, this cannot be done automatically online yet. I'm working on it. Just contact me and I'll handle it personally as soon as I can. If you absolutely want to make sure that you're downgraded before the end of your current billing cycle before your card is charged again, just cancel your membership and let me know you want to downgrade.
