I spent the day today (yea, workin on Saturday again) getting more videos compiled to the new Vista-compatible format. It's a long, painful process.

While I was tapping my fingers waiting for the videos to compile, I answered a ton more customer service emails, and also gave the Tips & Tricks section a little facelift. I'll be adding lots new Tips to the section as I make new videos. Lots of little stuff that doesn't quite fit into a full tutorial will go in there... plus helpful stuff that lots of people ask me.
