I'm not posting these to be political (which I try to keep off my website) but I just thought they were funny, regardless of what side of the political spectrum you're on...
For those of you who don't understand the context of the penguin tariff memes I posted, here's the backstory. Recently, a list of new tariffs was released by the Trump administration, and one of the entries raised some eyebrows. A 10 percent tariff was listed on imports from Heard Island and McDonald Islands. These are remote Australian territories located in the sub-Antarctic region. They are completely uninhabited by humans. The only residents are wildlife like penguins, seals, and seabirds. So naturally, the internet had a field day with this, leading to a wave of jokes and memes about taxing penguins. While it's unclear how or why these islands made the list, it sparked a lot of lighthearted fun online. That's what the memes are all about.
My wife and I are huge fans of penguins, so we will take their side in ANY debate. :)
I saw another one with penguins burning a Cybertruck, dancing around it with it on fire. But I wasn't going to post that because (a) I don't condone violence of any kind, and (b) penguins are kind, loving creatures and would never do something like that. They do have a sense of humor though, so they would instruct seagulls to drop a dump on a Cybertruck, but that's not violent. LOL.

I just saw one with a scary rifle. Now I'm going to have nightmares. Maybe even PTSD from this site.
