Hey folks. I'm going to be out of the office until Tuesday, June 24th. The wife and I are taking a little road trip. Nothing crazy. Just a little getaway.
If you need help with a customer-service issue, send it to me via the customer service form. I'll take care of it on Tuesday (or before, if I get a chance to log on over the weekend).
If you have any urgent problems that cannot wait, feel free to email me. I try to check email as often as possible, but I get a ton of email, and I have a very aggressive spam filter, so I would not want to miss your correspondence. This is why I recommend you leave it via the customer service form.
If you have any questions of a technical nature, such as how to do that thing you need to do in your Microsoft Access database, please post them in the forums.
I will do my best to take care of your issues as soon as I get back to the office on Tuesday. But in the meantime, everyone have a good weekend.
