I downloaded the Expert 5 zip file and can open the mp4 videos, but each time I open it, it asks for my password. Is there something else I should do or is this the way it is now? Thanks! Bonnie

Just EXTRACT the ZIP file to a folder on your desktop. You'll only need to type in the password ONCE. I put new instructions up in the WalkThru Tutorials section earlier today. Skip down to STEP 9 on that page.
