It's okay not to know all the answers. It's better to admit our ignorance than to believe answers that might be wrong. Pretending to know everything closes the door to finding out what's really there.
Having a DB get AI data seems incredibly useful as in Fitness 2. But as a Silver member, via the Extended Cut, I was just about able to make it work, and hopefully I can adapt it in future for other applications (personal use only in my case). I think more on this would be good. Others, people without a Silver membership or up, or without the patience, wouldn’t have macros in this case or something different, populate their DB at the touch of a button.
Well, they could do it the old-fashioned way, like I did for decades: read the macros off the label on the package. But yeah, membership has its privileges, lol.
