Practically every food you buy in a store for consumption by humans is genetically modified food. There are no wild, seedless watermelons. There's no wild cows.
Captain's Log: Back in Federation space. My bloodstream is still about 12% Romulan ale. Now I understand why it's illegal on Federation planets. Feels like someone hit me with a shuttlecraft. I will respond once the room stops spinning and I remember where I parked the ship... and after a medically supervised nap.
Just kidding.
In all honesty, it was my wife's birthday, so we took a nice little road trip up to northern Florida. Visited a quiet little town in the Panhandle called Seaside. Apparently it's where they filmed "The Truman Show." Very cute place. Lots of restaurants and food trucks. Nice beach. She wanted a couple of days to just relax, and that we did.
And had a few beers. I'm not much of a drinker, but when I'm on vacation, I'll have a couple.
