Computer Learning Zone CLZ Access Excel Word Windows

The way to find out about our place in the universe is by examining the universe and by examining ourselves - without preconceptions, with as unbiased a mind as we can muster.

Manage Your Techhelp Free Monthly Classes

While I was working on things today, I also added a new feature that lets you manage your TechHelp free monthly perk classes yourself.

For example, if you're a Silver member, you get one free Beginner class each month. Since about 95% of you are here for Microsoft Access, the system has always defaulted to sending you the next Access class. Once you finished all nine Beginner lessons, it would then move on to something like Excel. But every now and then someone would say, "Hey, I don't want Excel. I'd rather get ASP or your old Visual Basic classes instead." Up until now, I had to make those changes manually.

Now you can do it right from the TechHelp management page. You'll see your top three priority choices. For example, you might set them like this: Access first, SQL Server second, Excel third. The system will always send from your first choice until you run out of classes in that track. Then it automatically switches to your second choice, and finally your third.

So if you know you've finished all your Access classes, just move your next preferred course up into the number one spot and add something new underneath it. That way everything keeps flowing the way you want without having to email me to adjust it.

See... when stuff gets annoying, it gets done. LOL. So many people asking me to switch them to SQL Server today. :)

This is great Richard.  Now one more thing, how about adding a date for when our subscription ends?  (For those of us who tend to forget to make note of it.)  LOL
