Thanks as always for your help and time to answer so quickly. With your advice in mind, I deleted my current account on Outlook ( the one that still existed from the conversion ) and added it back in as a new account. Outlook 2013 ran with that info, found my email server and reestablished the account. Looks like that solved the issue. I guess I should have been more savy when I converted but there wasn't any specific instructions to my knowledge about reestablishing email accounts...Anyway, thanks for you help.
