Alex. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, signatures will not work the way I'd like. I did some Internet searches and came across the "Custom Forms" feature in Outlook 2013, which will do what I'd like to do. They are pretty well hidden though.
Is there a way that I can create a macro in Outlook that will allow me to get into my custom forms directory with just one click. That directory is the "User Templates in File System". Right now I have to click 4 times to get to that directoty. Maybe I could put a button on the Quick Access Toolbar or on the ribbon.
Any thoughts on this?
Reply from Alex Hedley:
Forms can be very useful, haven't used them since 2003. I'll have to do some research but yeah you can create a macro to do most things so this should be possible.
