When I click the Visual Basic Button, I get a gray screen. Where do I go from there?
Also, one other question: what do you mean by " Swap USER to your Username"? I didn't get to this step, because of the problem opening the Visual Basic button. What "your Username" are you referring to?

On the left hand side there is Project Window If not 'View | Project Explorer (Ctrl+R)' Expand Project1 Microsoft Outlook Objects ThisOutlookSession Double Click this to open a VBA code window on the right.
Paste the code there. Save.
Your Username, the name you type in before your password to get into your user account on the computer. aka Login name.
