Every act of conscious learning requires the willingness to suffer an injury to one's self-esteem. That is why young children, before they are aware of their own self-importance, learn so easily.
Hi Arabi. I just checked and the page is still there, but due to a quirk in the way I programmed it (years ago) you have to load it twice. The first time you load it, it looks to make sure you've paid for the course, and for some reason it fails. The second time you load it, it works. Sorry about that. I'll fix it when I get some free time.
