I've got several DOZEN books on Microsoft Office, so I've got no shortage of material, but I always like to get ideas from my students on what they want to see. I know Mail Merge is a popular one.

I would also love to see a course just on dashboards in excel. Best practices kind of thing. Shortcuts, etc.
