I wrote an email to my rep over at Wasabi expressing my disappointment:
"As you're aware, your service is experiencing problems today. My whole site is down. I use Wasabi for hosting my video files. My site depends on video! I am aware that your technicians are aware of the problem, but I'm just voicing my disappointment. I switched to you from AWS expecting a smooth ride. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again."
