You can not become a scientist if you require that every question has an answer because its the very questions that have no answer that attract you to a laboratory every single day.
Interested. better if multiuser... I have several QA working I like to pull up a name and see what they have for tasking this will help to determine if I should assign this tasker or pass it on to another for a balance work load
