Richard I ordered the Access seminar CD with the handbook two weeks ago. I recieved the CD but not the handbook. I did download the PDF handbook from the site and thats fine. Can you just credit my account for the difference between the PDF and the printed book? A credit for my next order is fine. Thanks.
