I spent several hours today shipping out orders that aren't effected by the Vista problem - which is mostly our Seminar CDs. If you were expecting a seminar, it's in the mail. You should have it in a couple of days.

That brings me to another subject: Handbooks. If I owe you a PRINTED handbook and you haven't received it yet, please let me know.

See, we create all of our materials in-house. We have our own CD duplicator and printer, and we print and bind all of the handbooks ourselves. Since most of our orders for handbooks are online (PDFs) we don't sell enough of them to farm it out or have them commercially printed.

So what happens sometimes is that we run off our shipping labels for the CDs and the handbooks, and if we're short-stocked on a handbook, the label gets put in a tray... and every now and then they get misplaced or lost.

SO... if you're missing a handbook (or anything else for that matter), please Email Me. I want to make sure that everyone who ordered something to be shipped has received what they paid for!

Oh, and if I owe you a PDF handbook that is still showing up as "coming soon," hang in there. We're working on them!
