YELLING won't get it done any quicker. Neither will multiple posts.
Did you read the conversation that Alex linked to? Here: Check Register
There is no "Standard" file format that banks use to output their data so it is very difficult to make a Generic enough course to apply to the general population.
Change banks? Multiple Bank accounts? They are very likely to be different formats. (For instance I can only download mine as a PDF - They don't offer a file format)
I see that you have started the Developer Series so if you didn't Skip Levels in in the middle you should have learned the basics that you need to get started. Skills such as Query building, Append Queries, etc. is all that it takes. You just have to take you file and make it work for your situation.

Shameless plug, but if you can't wait there's always AccessDev.NET ;)
It's definitely on the list. But like Scott said, every bank is different. I've had several different banks over the years, and they're all a little different. So this will be a course to show you HOW to work with what your bank gives you, assuming it's a text file (CSV, QIF, etc.) I'm going to show my bank's format (I bank at Regions, which gives you a simple CSV). I'm also going to show Paypal, Quickbooks/Quicken, and a couple of other styles. There are a couple of other projects before that, but it's coming.
